We use Grade 316L Stainless Steel because it is proven as one of the most resilient materials for a high end watch band. It offers the sophisticated look and feel needed for a formal occasion but maintains the hardy durability needed for daily wear.

Designed to seamlessly match the Stainless Steel Apple Watch, each component is individually brushed and coated with a Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) finish for a perfect color match and extreme scratch resistance. Available in Silver as well as in Titanium.

    • How strong is Steel Band's Diamond-Like Carbon coating?
      Steel Band’s advanced DLC coating is extremely durable, however, it is by design slightly softer than most metal laptops to avoid our bands scratching your expensive computer while typing. We recommend removing your band before typing on a metal laptop.
    • Can I take my metal band in the water?
      Our metal bands can technically be worn at the gym and in the water. However, it is best to avoid wearing metal straps around gym equipment as the strap can get stuck in some equipment causing potential harm and/or damage. Your band will not rust so it can be worn in water, although we recommend rinsing the band with fresh water after swimming in the ocean or a pool.
    • Does Steel Band work with all versions of Apple Watch?
      Steel Band works with Apple Watch Series 1-12 and SE 1-3.
    • How do I change the length of the band?
      We have included with your order the necessary link removal tool to fully customize the length of your strap. If you need assistance in customizing your strap length, please refer to our walkthrough below.

Fits nice, feels nice

The band is good quality and feels good on my wrist. The clasp is smaller that I am used to on metal wristbands but connects easily and securely. Using the steel band on the ultra watch is functional but the sheen is quite different and the band width is smaller by a few millimeters on each side. Not as clean of a transition from watch to band as I would like. Otherwise a great band.

Looks good, matches graphite Apple Watch perfectly

Looks good. Works well. Comes with tools to shorten band, which is really helpful. Clasp seems to hold well, but there no safety if it does let go in the future. (Watch would just fall off hand in that hopefully unlikely scenario).
